98 dodge dakota problem with engine or fuel system 3.9 V6?

i have this problem in which my truck stalls out anytime when im in a stoplight suddenly dies..also when im driving the check engine flashes when the engine seems to lock up...when it does stall i turn it again and rmp reaches over 2,000 till i put it in gear...i changed ecm so that cant be the problem.... and it does it when it wants to not every time....i changed fuel pump relay and also crankshaft position sensor and idle air control valve...
