108,490 miles on it, yesterday out of the blue my service engine soon light came on and when i pulled off i realized the transmission wasnt shifting at all. it will not shift out of first, does anyone know what could be the problem? i know for a fact i need a catalytic converter, but im not sure if that helps. it also is low on oil, but fine on transmission fluid. thanks for the help.
