'98 Chrysler Cirrus, shuts off while driving,no dash indications,fuel pump&filter new.?

Used engine, 80,000 miles on it. Car shuts off while driving at 40 mph or less. New fuel filter & fuel pump replaced 2 days ago. Small oil leak in middle spark plug in front, rear spark plugs never replaced. Car runs very smooth except for some vibration from the engine.
 
try to check the camshaft sensor or the crankshaft sensor, sometimes they would need to be replaced since they can wear out. Hope this helps :)
