98 chevy blazer misfiring?

hello all, i have a 98 blazer that is misfiring. it runs pretty rough. it tends to stall also and waste ALOT of gas. the plugs, wires, cap and rotor aren't that old. other Information that might be helpful are that the check engine light blinks ( which i understand means that misfire can kill the cat) a friend tested it and told me that cylinders 4 and 5 were misfiring so change the fuel injectors and check the fuel pressure regulator so i replaced the two injectors and the fuel pressure regulator. this did nothing for me. i grabbed my brothers device which is a real basic one and it read P0300 then ( at a different test same device) it read p0305. long story short when i tested it it kept going back and forth p0300 and p0305 my question is what can be wrong with my truck. oh and one more thing when i opened the upper intake manifold it looked like it was kinda wet by where the 5 th fuel injector goes. can the hole be plugged? timing tested fine engine size 4.3 engine code w miles about 155000
firing order right, replaced this items becusae of the problems, and wires are on the right spot. i am so hoping it is something simple
 
Sorry to hear you wasted time and money throwing parts at the problem hoping for an inexpensive fix. I suggest you take the vehicle to a reputable shop and have it diagnosed by a professional before you waste anymore time or money. Misfires are either low compression, bad plug, bad injector, or bad plugs.
 
This may sound silly but are wires 4 and 5 on the correct plugs? I would also check the compression on these 2 cylinders. One more thing did the engine run correctly after the new plugs, wires, cap and rotor was replaced? A friend of mine replaced all these parts and his truck run terrible after a few days. His plug wires got against the manifold and burnt them up. So check them again.
