98 Chevy Blazer 4x4 fix?

I have a 98 Chevy Blazer, The 4x4 won't work...Just replaced the four-wheel drive actuator on it and I can hear a click when you press the buttons on the dash..but it still won't work, all of the buttons light up ok.... what else could be wrong with it ?
