98 Chevy 1500 4.3 5 spd 4x4 NY inspection codes?

I was wondering if any one knows the fastest way to get ready for ny inspection codes are 1) evap; i changed filler neck. it had holes 2) catalyst; put new cat on 3) o2 sensor; I cleaned o2 sensor and reset codes been driving for 40 miles at all speeds need inspected asap any ideas please help
I don't know where you inspect vehicles, but it has to be plugged into NYS computers and it kicks it out.
 
Your truck is over 10 years old and not subjected to emission testing.
who is doing the inspection for you?
if that truck is a 98, it shouldn't have to be plugged in.
check the build date in the driver's door jamb and let me know.
