The car ran fine this morning! This afternoon we got in the Jeep and it was sputtering/shaking/jerking and the check engine light came on. I called the former owner and he told me he had never experienced that problem. Any ideas? Please tell me this is no big deal!
Called autozone. They told me that CA passed a law that prevents them from scanning the car and getting the code. The machine, OBD2, is sold by them. I don't want to buy it for a one time basis.
