97 jeep grand cherokee no spark out of the distributor?

OK ive changed everything the crankshaft sensor the camshaft sensor the distrbutor cap and button everything i have spark out of the coil but not out the distributor and the distributor turns also. so i dont know what is wrong. But also i heard from one guy that he had same problem and he changed his cts and it work and my jeep does say that the cts is bad could that be it?? And i just changed the pcm today and still doing the same thing
