Had the car for a while. And it just started to rain a lot. And ever since its been making this noise. My exhaust that is. And some times it will just give out. Even if I just turn it on and leave it it'll give out. But once I get it goin its fine. And also off topic question. My window in my civic is stuck down and the hand came off and is striped. Maybe I can use plyers to turn it and raise it? Thanks!!
