97' Honda Accord transmission problem--HELP?

When I was driving today I noticed a cluck in the transmission (it's an automatic) when I applied gas while in first and let off while still in first. When in second, third and so on there was no sound. I have approx 146k and had the transmission overhauled around 100k. Any ideas?
