97 dodge ram 1500 starting problems?

i got in my truck this Morning to go to work and when i turned the key it just made a clicking noise but all the lights and radio had good power to them the battery's about 5 months old the cables are tight and Therese corrosion but a while mack i was having problems with the same Battery and my gen light came on but after i charged the Battery it ran fine but it did it a few more times after that and i had to charge the battery about 5 more times but its been running fine for about a month could it be a bad cell or something else. thanks
