I recently (within 2 weeks) replaced the spark plugs and wires on my intrepid. Now the car is not idling right. On clear days it's not so bad. On rainy, wet days, it's horrible. I can tell you when the "missing" occurs: while in gear sitting still, it doesn't do it while in park, it does it when I go to accelerate into a higher gear (like in overdrive) and when I go from stop to start it feels like it's "lunging forward", it does it is in reverse significantly (it's like the whole car is shaking) and if I slow the vehicle and give it gas to speed back up it's like the whole motor is "slipping". Oh by the way, the trans mount has been broken since I purchased the car (used in 2004). The RPM's never change or fluctuate while at an idle or running down the interstate. Please help me. (oh yeah coil pack was replaced during the summer). Can anyone give me any idea of what may be causing this? I have a 3.5 liter w/ 130,000k on it.
