Here is the list of things I have done
spark plugs
spark plug wires
oil and filter change
air filter
topped of all fuilds
injecter cleaned
gas treatment
new ing coil
checked all fuses
here is the problem the van is having a misfire on 3 and 6, I checked for spark from the new coil ( oreilys) and I was Not getting spark from 3 or 6. Tested the 4 wires going to the coil from the ECU and got 14 volts (new battery) so I warrented the coil van ran great for have a day then misfire on 3 and 6 again. Decided to get a better brand coil and tryied again. Same damn thing. Bad ecu?? I didn't drive if for about a week. I drove it today after it backfired from the intake area (thinking from 3 and 6 not firing and had a gas build up) it ran just fine. But that is how it works I caould drive for 20 miles and 5 of them it will run great! I have checked for vacuum and bad wires or loose plugs and everything seems ok. I really think it's the ecu. What do you think?
