97 dodge dakota power steering pump?

was having problems with leaking power steering pump put gear oil in it did not leak as fast knew would kill the pump it did got as new one then swapped with a new one doing same thing its not the bleeding of the pump read this before u answer ive asked this before when im driving its making the humming like out of fluid or not bleed the faster i go it gets louder when i turn left make the same sound it steady when im turning right it stops in curves doing any speed its always louder at higher speeds i know alot about cars and know how to bleed and have changed many power steering pumps this one does go straight into my rack and pinion any help would be helpful ty
