I have a 97 Chevy Blazer, I love this truck, but since winter started, I have had nothing but problems with it. I have replaced the battery, fuel filter, and spark plugs. The weird thing is, I can get it to start if I have more than 14 volts in the battery, anything less than that and it won't start. The starter doesn't sound like it is lagging, and I can hear the fuel pump running, sometimes, it doesn't always run, plus I can get it to start if I put gas in the throttle body, but who wants to do that all the time.

Has anyone else had to deal with this problem?
