I've been driving my car for a few weeks and smelling a smell mostly in the morning....I opened the hood and couldn't smell anything from there...saw my coolant reservoir was kind of low added coolant...but still I smell a distinct smell that I can not find where its coming from...any ideas...smells like something is burning but not really....its a different smell...also my left turn signal has stopped blinking...when I turn it on it stays lit but doesn't blink
