after car gets warm, tach drops to under 500 but engine speed doesn't change. when you hit gas to take off tranny bangs. no lights on and no codes showing. does tach tell tranny what to do? tach is working at engine but not at dash. if we maintain 1000 on tach tranny does not band at takeoff. everything works fine when engine is cold.
ty deltech, motor mounts were the first thing we checked. their fine. it seem to have something to do with the tach not maintaining rpms after engine warms up. if we keep foot on gas and keep tach at 1000 its fine.
