96 mazda protege fuel pump fuse/relay.?

where is the fuse or relay on a 96 mazda protege 1.5L? i looked under the engine and there was no fuse and no fuse inside the car...
 
If you are talking about the inertia switch, it is located either in the trunk on the same side as the fuel fill or on the passengers side behind the kick panel.
