I have a 1996 Jeep Cherokee, straight 6, 4.0L, new transmission, new sparks, new fuel pump. When I take the truck up to 45mph, it starts to feel like it's surging. It feels like it pulls a little and the RPMs rev up and down until I drop my speed. When driving on the street, under 45mph, it drives like a dream. I'm wondering if this is a fuel system issue? Perhaps not getting the fuel delivery needed or fuel injectors clogged? Thanks!
