I have a 96 Jeep Cherokee Country 4.0L. It is not receiving fuel at the rail. I have replaced the fuel pump already, troubleshot the relays, both fuel pump and shutoff ones. I receive electricity at both, but am receiving no voltage at the cannon plug for the pump. I have checked all fuses, both the ones inside, and the ones in the PDC. I have never worked on this kind of electrical before, so if you refer to something such as "fusible link" if you could please describe it's location so I can find it. Thank you in advance for any help.
