96 honda accord turn signal question?

ok so any of you that have a 5th gen accord or no about them know that the turn signals are lower on the bumper, and the corner lights are just like the parking lights or daytime lights (sorry for non technical term) but i was wondering if i can basically switch them you know and run the turn signals on the side of my headlights and then put the running lights down in the bumper and get a clear lens there (sort of a fog light). i know its possible but is there basically an equivelant of an extension cord for those connectors? i know how to do electrical and body work so i know i could manage but im just checking if there should be any issues with that because id still be running the same bulbs to the same wires. the only reason i want to do this is because the turn signals are often not visible since people dont expect to be looking at the lower bumper. thanks in advance to anyone who knows if they make these extensions and if it would work fine.
