96 Honda accord flashing oil light?

96 v6 2.7 accord just had the intake and valve gaskets and oil change done car ran great but smoked a little know the oil light flashes constantly. The mechanic also installed a new pressure sensor. the level is fine what can it be
 
Oil pressure is low.Pick up tube on oil pump inside oil pan can be clogged from debris or carbon sludge.
 
do not run it, according with your description i think that it s the oil pump, or some gear or bearing associated with the oil pump,check that right away, do not turn it on again.
