96' Honda Accord Door Won't Open.?

I have a 1996 Honda Accord sedan that won't open from the passenger side, but it opens from the outside. My biggest guess is because I had speakers installed yesterday. So that seems like the most possible reason.

Is there any way I can possible fix it, besides taking the whole panel off ? Or is this some other type of resort.
