96 Dodge Stratus speedometer, fuel, and temperature gauge went out at the same time?

I got into a very small fender bender then proceeded to drive my car home (about 40 mins) the speedometer was working but wen I put my car in park and went inside for a minute and came back out the whole dash was off with exception to the dummy lights. So the lights work on my car dash but non of the gauges are functioning why is this.
