96 Dodge neon leaking antifreeze..?

I haven't owned a car for long but I don't think this is normal. I have a 1996 dodge neon and I just put some antifreeze/coolant 50/50 mix into it, and it all seemed to be going fine till I began to reach near the top of the container then I heard like dripping noises. I looked under the car and saw antifreeze. Is there a way to be too full? I know none leaked out cause I used a funnel. But I think there is probably a leak. Do you think so?
 
i would wipe off the areas that are wet.then take the car for a ride around the block or down the road then go back home.then pop your hood and look to see if its still leaking.ive seen people over fill the reservoir and it will leak out the excess.so just keep an eye one the fluid level if you don't see it leaking anymore.but if it does continue to leak then your gonna need to fix what ever is leaking.
