96' dodge neon breaks down at half of a tank?

I have a 96' dodge neon and it breaks down at a half of a tank of gas but when I fill it back up its fine. When climbing hills or turning corners it starts to act like its running out of gas and I can only drive 150 miles before I have to refill the tank. I took it to dodge and left it there for 5 days before they said nothing was wrong. Anyone have any ideas on what's wrong?
 
I had a problem like yours with a caravan.when the tank was 1/4 or less it would die.I found the sending unit was bad.
