96 dodge 1500 steers hard at low rpms?

i have a 96 dodge 1500 and when you slow down to take corners and stuff it steers like there is no power steering, you have really pull on the wheel, i checked the power steering fluid its good, at first i thought it was the pump but it doesnt do it all the time just sometimes with low rpms
what could bend an arm cause i went through a bad bump i didnt see cause it was covered by snow anyway i hit the bump pretty hard,i wonder if it could be belt because it seems to get hot at times
 
its possible there is a bad power steering hose, a clog in a hose, or a bent from axle or A-arm
