96 Chevrolet Cavalier.My car's starter keeps cranking, won't stop.?

So far I replaced the solenoid and the ignition switch but it still keeps cranking even when the key is not in.Thought it may be the cars remote start acting up so I pulled the fuses and I still have the same problem, could it just be a " Bad Starter " that keeps cranking, even without the key in? Thank You.
 
If you have replaced the starter motor, then it may be engaging too tight against the flywheel/flexplate and not allowing it to release, you could try shimming it down a bit, and see if it helps. They sell shims in different thicknesses to put between the starter and the block, I would try a 1/64" first and see if it helps.
