So I have a 95 Buick Lesabre with a bad motor. I also have a 96 Buick Regal with a really good motor. (The issue with the Buick Regal is that its so rusted that it needs a new frame. But the motor is perfect). Anyways, a mechanic looked at both the cars and said that the motor wouldn't line up correctly in the Lesabre. Another mechanic that I briefly spoke with told me that it is still possible to use that motor, but I would have to switch some things around and buy more parts.
Well, my question is....... Is it worth my while to do that? Or should I take a chance and go to the junkyard and get another motor that fits my Lesabre perfectly? How much would I end up spending?
