trying to get my daughters car up and going.once you shut it off,no matter how short the trip...wait forever to start again(if it does)...put in camshaft sensor, new fuel pump(as suggested by parts people)..hand held still reads out "crankshaft sensor",chould that be the trouble? Could it just be out of time???(bty timing belt looks great).Now it turns over,wont hit and sounds like backfiring "in" engine to the point of lighting up the manifold !! Im running out of money--------help!!! ps.put in new plugs also.when it "does" manage to start you can't get the rpms up...at one point before it got worse, you could drive it as long as you shifted early(before hitting the higher rpms)..mean anything??
