has very little throttle response and no power...as soon as i hit 3rd gear the rpms barely crawl...i can floor it and it hardly goes...i was thinking timing but i cant advance it with the distributor that's on there...toyota confuses me big time lol ...it wont go up a hill...i can barely go 15 unless i try and gain speed before i hit the hill?? and if it is the timing can i advance it without pullin the front of the motor off...
95 toyota 4 runner wont go up a hill?
