My wrangler has been bucking if I slightly wind out 2nd,3rd gear but generally runs fine on secondary roads.On the highways I can't go over 52-53 m.p.h. I gave it a full tune up about 30 days ago. I'm thinking it's like my clutch is slipping,also their is a cap that says clutch next to the brake master cylinder on the firewall It says use dot three fluid . What's its purpose? Thanks for any help.Sean
