When its warm it runs good. But as soon as its cold early in the morning u start it the engine idles up around 1000 then surges to 1500 and back and forth a bit. If u dont sit there and let it warm up it will cut out on take off. I replaced the distributor cap/rotor, plugs, fuel filter air filter. Any ideas ?
