My daughter has a 95 honda civic lx that for some strange reason the cooling fan is not coming on. Over the last couple of days I have replaced the fuses, thermostat, top radiator hose, cooling fan motor, cooling temp relay switch...But for some reason no matter how long the car is running the fan will not come on- any ideas on what it could be,,I'm puzzled????
