95 honda civic cranks but no start?

i have a d16z6 so all that happens is when i try and turn my car over it sounds like it has a dead battery but i just put a brand new one in and my battery gauge says its good and its not my starer because i just replaced it and replaced my main relay idk what to do anymore. It try's and barely cranks but nothing
