Located on the inside frame rail under drivers seat. Some have special tools needed to unhook them some just require an open end wrench. If yours has the quick push connector the auto parts store that sells the filter will also sell the tool to remove it. They only come in a set and are the same tools used to release air conditioning lines. They are plastic, round and different colors. One side has a lip on it. The tool is split down the side to slip over the fuel line. The lip goes towards the filter and slides inside the connector to release spring (hidden from view) The tools are different sizes so pick the one that best fits the line.
Please note that the fuel pressure MUST be released before you attempt to remove filter.
Reason one, you will get fuel spray all over you
Reason two, Difficulty in removing filter lessens with zero pressure on it.
