95 Ford f-150 starting problem?

Drove truck 3 miles, went into store for about 5 minutes, came out and would not start. Turned over great, no sign of taking off at all. Truck sat for 24 hours and took right off. Only thing I have noticed lately is that it "seems" to start running a bit rough after it warms up. Have done tune-up, fuel filter,etc. Straight 6, 5speed. Any thoughts.

Sounds like a loose electrical connection. One that is effected by heat. Possibly a bad wire, where the insulation shorts when it is is hot. After the wire's insulation has been degraded it does not take much to cause it to fail.

Have a complete electrical system check.
