95 ford explorer rough idle and hesitation?

my 95 explorer has a rough idle and hesitates when you first give it gas problem started about a week ago I noticed today that the exhaust puts out the back instead of a steady flow spark plugs and wires where changed about 10,000 miles ago for my work i do alot of stop and go all day long ....any ideas as to where i should start ? thanks
 
If your RPM's seem to jump up and down while idleing, then you need to replace your idle air control valve. This is a common problem on Ford products.
