95 dodge dakota headlights, tail lights, dash, brake lights don't work. interior

lights, turn signals work.? I also noticed that the ABS and brake light came came on on the dash. any suggestions on what the problem could be. I checked fuses and the headlight switch, they seem fine. Thanks in advance.
 
Sounds like a fuseable link problem or a fried or melted wire , check the fuseable links and look at the main fuse box under the hood , remove the box and check inside of it for frayed or burnt wires or even corrosion or rust etc.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way you might have to check the fuse box the same way inside the vehicle.
