95' Chevy s-10 Blazer brake line fix?

I have a 95' chevy s-10 blazer and my brake line is leaking about the halfway point on the drivers side. The brake line is tucked way up inside along the frame and I was wondering the best way to get it out and fix it. Please help in anyway you can.

put a new one next to the old one

Cut off,run new one out side of the frame.
