95 chevy blazer problems heat not coming out vents?

ok idk were to start so ill just start out but saying i just bought this truck a few months ago its a great running truck but the heaters got me mad its died winter here in Iowa and in my blazer the heats only coming out the defrost and the floor board. Ive try playing with the knobs thinking it was a missed up switch but i still didn't do anything is blows heat out quick takes like 10mins for the heat to get hot but with it only coming out the defrost and floor take a while for the cab to get warm. i took the heater control out and there are these colored mini tube going the bottom knob i took them off to see if it would make anything happen and there was no noise or like a vac suck noise but in my escort the same colored tubes were behind my after market stereo the the tubes fell off i guess and i would hear a sucking noise and the heat wouldn't blow out the vents so i secured the tubes back on were the need to go and i had blowing heat so i know theres got to be something up the the colored tubes in my s10 blazer checked the fuse box it was fine.also my power mirrors dont work in the truck either but has power everywhere else locks work windows good,hatch,seat work so if you had the same problems were did you go to get the problems fixed you if you even fixed the heater vent problem yourself cheap and would like to share what you have to do any info would be every helpful sry for the long writing but this is a great truck i just am pulling my hair out on these little things thanks email me [email protected] thanks again
