95 3.0L ford ranger performance?
Is there any way to get more pep out of it. Its real slow on the take off is there anyway tochange that? That dont cost 2 much

if your take off is that slow check your catalytic converters...they may be clogged and stopping exhaust gases from exiting there for robbing your motor of it power...i would check that first also your intake check the filter and also your muffler may be clogged as well as long as those are good then do a tune up with new plugs an wires, oil and oil filter...also it may be a good thing to check your timing it may have moved a degree or two to mess up the power. good luck

A ford ranger is not really built for pep. But there as basic things that can be done to add power to any car.... The cheapies are with generic estimates

Exhaust- anywhere from $150-1000 expect 5-10 horsepower
Air intake- 100 to 300 expect another 5-10 horsepower
Computer chip 150 to 500 10-20hp
Underrdrive pulleys- $100-300 5 horsepower

I may also ask, is the vehicle in good condition? The truck is not really built for speed, but as old as it it, it could have other issues if take off is abnormally boggish.
All in all its really not worth it.
