MY 94 mercury topaz trunk lid wont stay open and I am sure its the tension rods but I looked and I think they just came out because one day I just shoved something in there and I think it was too hard and just knocked them out. the one side is all in and the other has the front rod in its just the back rod I cant figure out. I heard they are really hard to put back in. I thought about going to a shop to have them help me put it back in but how much would they charge? (approx of course)
