94 mercury sable electronic prob?

ok i recently did some work on the rad and i had to disconnect a computer looking thing by the washer and over flow tanks from its wires (plug) and reconnected it and now my power locks and seats do not work but my windows do and all three are hooked to one fuse and the fuse is not burnt out what could be the problem and what should i do to fix it
