94 honda civic ex wont start, whats wrong?

I thought it was the battery but it doesnt seem like it because i gave it a jumpstart and even took it out and charged it but it still wont start. it tried to start but it never completely does. whats wrong with it??
 
there is something wrong with the electrical part a wire could have came lose or was out u need to take it in the shop u can not fix it ur self sorry
 
So it tries to start but won't continue running? Sounds like a fuel problem. Depending on motor - If carby, may have split in fuel pump diaphram, If e.f.i. may have crook fuel pump. Also check filter isn't blocked- When was it last replaced? Within 6 mths hopefully. And check for water in fuel
