94 honda accord 5spd car trouble!!!!?

Multiple problems, mileage counter stopped running, having a hard time shifting even with the clutch pushed all the way down, very odd rattling sound from the undercarriage when letting off of any of the pedals on turns when on hills, might possibly be my exhaust which is loose but seems like the drive shaft possibly? also i need to replace the brake pads if that plays a factor in anything...
 
The tranny may need rebuilding or repair. Hopefully if you look under the hood on the drivers side there will be a small opaque plastic tank. It is right by the firewall, and it is clutch fluid. Hopefully your just low on clutch fluid. My 1993 Civic 5 spedd recommende 5 w 30 oil to refill it.

Needing replacing the brake pads normally means they are warn out and do not put enough stopping force. This is not the shifting problem.

Then there is also a small linkage underneath that has a bearing that wears out. It may be the problem that the car is not shifting properly.
