94 ford prode obd 1 code question?

OK so I'm dumping codes on this 94 ford probe gt. I am having trouble distinguishing 2 digit codes from 3 digit codes. first i get 8 short flashes, so i know that's a code 8. next i get a single flash, then it goes blank for 4 seconds flashes once again slow, then blank for a few seconds and then flashes fast twice. so is that a code 112 or a code 1 and a code 12. and then my following code is slow flash 4 times, blank for a few seconds and 1 quick flash. so that's a code 41. im just confused on that 112 code because i have never experienced a 3 digit code before
