94' Ford Areostar Mini van need to replace the link to the Tranny,?

SO my 94' Ford AeroStar mini van, has a bad link to the tranny. I need to replace it or get a new tranny? If I can replace it how much, and how do I do it? Any help is good help. Thank you in advance
