Should be under the dash, near the steering column. Or it could be under the hood in the engine bay. On the left side of the engine bay, under a black cover. If the fuses a good try to check the heater resistor block which is on the firewall on the passenger side. A rectangle shape black panel (about 2" by 3") with a wire connector plugged into it is held on by two screws. If that is good the blower motor it self could be bad.
