94 buick century heater core ?

I have a 94 buick century V6 that I think needs the heater core replaced I was hoping that someone could tell me if that is what I really need fixed that knows more than I do.

The problem is that the coolant is leaking into my passenger side floor board and I was told that it was the heater core needing to be replaced just want to make sure before I call around to try and get it fixed keep in mind I haven't had anyone look at it I was just told that it was probably the heater core needing to be replaced

Any help is greatly appreciated thanks!
 
it,s either the heater core leaking or the heater hoses are leaking anti-freeze into where the core is at and leaking on the floor. if it,s not the hoses then it,s the heater core.
